Vision
NOVIB envisions an inclusive and accessible physical and social environment where persons with visual and other impairments enjoy equal opportunities in all aspects of life.
Mission
NOVIB promotes the educational, economic and psycho – social empowerment of persons with visual and other impairments through enhancing the implementation capacity of member organizations, advocating the equalization of opportunities and inclusive development practice, and public sensitization.
Strategic Objectives
Coordinate, support and consolidate program interventions implemented by member organizations to facilitate the accessibility of education, trainings, information and other social services to the visually impaired.
Enhance the capacity of member organizations and ensure their program sustainability, through mobilizing financial resource and technical support, and conducting need-oriented studies.
Organize experience sharing and consultative forums to facilitate joint program planning, resolving common problems and collective engagement to achieve shared goals and objectives.
Promote partnership with concerned local and international stakeholders, with a view to realizing common goals and objectives.
